Vault Storage Co. is now open for business and accepting new tenants. The newly converted facility is located at 212 North Church Road in North Wales in the former Iconic Clinical Research office building. The storage facility is conveniently located not only to serve North Wales residents, but also the Western Montgomery County community as well. The location is walking distance from the SEPTA station.
The property is just over 109,000 square feet of rentable storage space, comprising of 691 total units. The storage facility contains a variety of sizes in temperature controlled storage units as well as outdoor parking spaces to accommodate RVs, boats, and vehicles.
The modern converted facility is gated and features moving supplies, advanced security monitoring, and three keypad access points. The store’s website (www.vaultstorageco.com) includes the ability to rent, reserve and pay online to better serve tenants.
A ribbon cutting will be held on May 22 at the facility to celebrate the opening of the facility in community. The ribbon cutting is held in conjunction with West Montgomery Chamber of Commerce. All are welcome to attend as the event will feature facility tours, a raffle for free storage, and networking.
